Fellow Missioners and Interested Friends,
Our next planning meeting for our October Mission trip to Nicaragua will be on Monday, May 16, from 6-7:30 in room KH150. We will begin the real planning for our trip. We will be discussing what we would like to collect as donations to bring with us and how we will go about doing that. As you know, our trip this year is a month earlier than in the past, which allows one less planning meeting to prepare so please come and share any questions or concerns that you may have in helping you decide whether this is the year you will be joining us.
Dinner will be available for a small fee so we will need to know by next Wednesday (May 11) whether you can attend the meeting. Please RSVP to Vicki Walker by May 12, either by email or phone her at 813-253-5388.
